It’s not just what you eat,but when and how you eat.

Healthy eating REALLY isn’t about starving yourself, skipping meals, staying unrealistically thin, or depriving yourself of the foods you love (even desserts!). Rather, it’s about feeling great, having more energy, improving your outlook and stabilizing your mood.

Eat breakfast & eat smaller meals throughout the day. A healthy breakfast can jump-start your metabolism, while eating small, healthy meals (rather than the standard three large meals) keeps your energy up.

Avoid eating at night (any time later than 9:00 pm). Try to eat dinner earlier and fast for 14-16 hours until breakfast the next morning. Studies suggest that eating only when you’re most active and giving your digestive system a long break each day can help to regulate weight.

Load up on LOTS of water. Water helps to flush our systems of waste products and toxins, Also, studies have shown that drinking adequate amount of water about 15-30 minutes before a meal keeps you feeling fuller and helps you eat less, thereby promoting weight loss.
